I am happy with the service, but it did take longer than I expected. I think it took close to 2 1/2 hours

Don’t understand why I paid $200.00 for a stereo that I cleanly have videos of failures a year before, I had a chance to get it looked at.. Also it’s all over the internet and you tube that these radios have issues..That said the service writer was great..
