Let's face it: everyone hates having to take their car in for service. Such a PITA. But from I stepped foot in the door at Paradise,everyone was so nice and made the whole process not only tolerable, but pleasant. But what made the experience exceptional was dealing with Chris. He listened to my concerns and didn't make me feel rushed, he took time to explain what would be done and the time frame would be. He remained in contact once I left the car in his care, and not once did I wonder what was going on with my car. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process, and I feel thankful I have found my forever service dept.

Jeff Hunt always does a fantastic job of maintaining and servicing my cars. Today I got an oil change and new tires for my truck. He saved me a lot of money by applying a promotion from Michelin on the tires. He recommended a wheel alignment I agreed to. I appreciate his advice and recommendations and I trust him as an advisor. Trevor offers excellent customer service. He is professional, helpful, and polite.
Cadillac’s customer service, on the other hand, needs to be held to a higher standard. Not being provided a Cadillac rental car is an inconvenience. This is a Cadillac issue, I believe.
