Landyn was very professional and nice.
The facility was clean and a comfortable waiting area. After being informed my tires would not be rotated due to some issue with the lug nuts, I asked him what my charge would be for the oil change by itself since the package I selected included the tire rotation. He said there is no change to the price.
Essentially this means I am paying for a service that was not provided. Additionally, He told me I would be given details on how to have the defective Cadillac lug nuts replaced but as of now, I have not been contacted.

The oil change went very well but when came to the filter and transmission oil change it took about six hours of waiting to get it serviced and this was with a scheduled appointment as the service writer felt so bad and after driving about 38 miles and the time spent in the waiting room seam not worth it as the dealer in Hemet could of done the same work and they also ofter shutle as I would have to pay for oil change, just a thought
