The people were nice Ed but when we got our car back we are having a different issue now. When turning the car iff the fan continues to run so we called and are going to have to take it back in??? This is very inconvenient

Chris is an excellent service advisor. He addressed my concerns and always makes sure that all of my concerns are taken seriously. My car was expected to be done on Friday, but a problem arose and it was not ready to be picked up. But Chris and the mechanic worked on Saturday and I got a message that my car was ready for pickup. My Traverse is one of my favorite cars and I was definitely happy to pick her up earlier than expected. :)
