I was not satisfied with your service. I have never been to a Cadillac dealer where they didn’t wash my car and still gave the floor mat in place plus I had to have the rep bring my car to me. I have been to your dealership before and I feel it is very chaotic and I really do y think they changed my oil as it had not even reached the mileage from the last oil change I feel like your company just placed a new sticker and a new date on the windshield . I was very disappointed!!!!!!!!!
