Bad experience had to wait and the dealer cant even afford to give us a ride to the mall wile we had to waite for our 95thousand dollar Escalade when they were doing a airbag recall they claimed the dont have shutters nor loaners they offered me that since they didn't have shutters if I wanted to reschedule so I could bring a ride I drove a hour to get this completed and they ask me like five times to change the appointment so that I could have some come with me and give me a ride this dealer is cheap I have a Mercedes-Benz and a BMW they had never treated me like that!!!!

I was completely satisfied with all that Jon Hernandez had to do with what had to be done on the recall of my 2007 TAHOE SUV, plus his consideration of myself because I had planned on waiting in the waiting area until the job was completed as I had no one to pick me up. I had come prepared to wait & had brought a good book to read. Everything went along very well & I did not have to wait as long as I had been told it might take. Seemed pretty okay. When I asked the tech about a noise when I drive at 75 that seems to come from the passenger door on my 2020 Silverado, the tech said we could schedule something later to check it out…only we never scheduled anything. It’s absolutely not okay for a 6 month old vehicle to have a whistle when driving. Everything else seemed okay.

It started when my check engine and traction control light came on and the car was shaking. I knew they couldn’t start in my car for days but wanted to drop it off as soon as possible. I was told I could not just drop it off I had to make an appointment which was days up to a week out. While dropping my car off the lights had gone off but I was not comfortable at all trusting that it fixed itself. I drive this car from the local area up to central Cal frequently for work. The rep hooked a small machine to the car then told me there was nothing he could do. The lights are not on and codes are not showing so he couldn’t take the car. It wasn’t until I told him multiple times that I was not leaving with the car they could take all the time needed to figure out what the problem is. That is when he said ok but you will be wasting $180 because we are not going to find anything. Long story short after hooking the car up for more extensive testing days later I was told that there were multiple errors and $1800 later the car is ready. Although this is paid through my fleet Company, I could have been stranded in 100+ degree heat in areas where I don’t have phone service. He was willing to risk that possibility.
