Jeffrey was excellent and so was the service department. I was not happy with the fact that my part came in and they never contacted me. It should’ve been a tire rotation when. I receive my vehicle the tire pressure was off and all four tires that’s unacceptable.
I stopped one of your attendance and He , put the proper tire weight in the tires prior to me leaving.
She did all she could on her end to assist us with navigating GM in regard to our defective Bolt that we luckily caught while it was overheating during charging in our garage overnight. It made the really outrageous situation where us owners are left flailing in no-man’s-land while GM panics at their leisure in MI better enough that we were able to act like rational adults while in public. All the yelling and cursing stayed within our house walls. Barely. Her obvious personal effort to do what she could for us in the few, limited ways possible for a local service agent for GM vehicles was much appreciated. It was the only positive experience in this whole debacle situation so far.
