Chris my service technician is always FANTASTIC. However, my car's paint was damaged during the service. I noticed what look like some type of chemical spill on the passenger side rear panel. The clearcoat was Etched off. The technician thought may been the result of a scratch in the paint that allowed water to lift the clearcoat. However that does not make sense to me as a customer. After conversations with Chris and management, they have agreed to fix the issue. The Cadillac dealer seems to not have rentals cars available when my car is beibg serviced. This does not seem like the highest standard of customer care...especially for a prestigious car dealership like Paradise.

The reason I keep bringing my car back to Paradise is because Ted has been my service advisor for years. He has always taken care of me and my vehicle, and is always honest about what needs to be done. I don’t even live in Temecula anymore, but the drive is worth working with Ted. I’ve never seen a service advisor like him at any other dealership since I got my license in 1997. He has always understood what it means to make a customer appreciate a visit, even when I’m spending $2,000 on rear shocks…..
