Imagine breaking the keys to an 18 year olds dream car. Oh wait you don’t have too. Congratulations. Took all day to do it too. I wasted my only day off for my car keys to be ruined without any compensation or even simple sorry. My parts were discarded because they’re “owned by GM” and they’re getting sent back to GM. No, they’re owned by me. The car and everything to do with it is 100% my property including the key cut for specifically my car. At the end when I complained I was offered to buy the EXACT SAME THING that I DID NOT WANT for like 80 dollars. Incompetent. Maria’s customer service was great. Everyone else’s not so much. I didn’t work my **** off for that damn Camaro for you guys to take over 6 hours to cut a key and ruin the perfectly good ones I had. And create an inconvenience in my everyday life. I believe my second representative was Mike Armstrong to which although still very pissed off, I owe an apology and I would like to request his Email and Phone number. Thank you
