The detail guys did not clean the carpet well in the back seat area behind drivers side nor did they clean the inside windshield very well. I brought it to Sean’s attention when I picked it up. He promptly took the truck , cleaned the carpet and cleaned the inside windows. He had a great attitude and I told him the detail guy needed to be retrained. We paid $225 and didn’t expect these issues. He had a very positive attitude. This was the first time we have had problems with the truck being detailed poorly. Kudos to Sean!

No need to contact me. I’ve come to terms with the process and the quality of service that I should anticipate when vehicles are not purchased from this dealership. I think the organization could use a little more “can do” attitude verses “can’t and won’t”. I will say, there was a huge change in the greeting I received when I returned the next day in my military officer uniform. Folks wanted to sell me cars and immediately offered a discount.
