I am totally satisfied with the service I received. My car arrived on a flatbed totally dead and I didn’t have an appointment. I walked on Curtis and asked what was the procedure when there was no appointment. As we talked Curtis a job requirement on my car and explained to me that the problem appeared to be in the battery but, they would do a thorough check and advise me. A couple of hours later I received a call from Curtis and he confirmed that the problem was with the battery and I agreed to the solution. When my car was returned to me I was completely satisfied with the results. The consistently courteous treatment coupled with the confidence I continue to have in the members of the Service Department is why I continue to be a returning customer!
