We were promised to receive services to my vehicle within a matter of days , my vehicle was in your possession for 6 days, before your department even attempted to place an order, blaming it on a holidays . Friday the 31st isn’t a Holiday to delay a parts order . when the order was placed there was no ETA. I was unable to receive a courtesy vehicle, or a reduced rental from Paradise. I work full time and was in need of a car. I had no choice but to tow my vehicle to another location in order to receive services in a timely manner. A customer cannot be told day after day that they do not know when a part will arrive and still be expected to a leave in your position.
