The only thing I was not satisfied with was having to wait over the estimated 60-90 minutes. It is pretty ridiculous to schedule an appointment and still have to wait so long for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Also it has been years since customers were told there would be a courtesy car wash installed which would meet the necessary water requirements.

Jeffrey is great, the car service was great! Abigail at the service center though denied me updating my car’s main contact info when dropping it off, and said I could update it when I picked it up, which resulted Chevrolet sending texts about my car’s additional service needs to the wrong number. It’s just weird to want my car but not my up-to-date contact info *shrug*
