I would like to say my experience on Saturday the 30th of july was a bit confusing. I had my appointment scheduled for 1030 on the 30th. The attendant identified to me that my appointment was set for September 30th. Carlos the service manager that day came over to see me and upon hearing of my problem took matters into his own hands and had me scheduled that same day.

Vehicle ‘in my opinion’ was not diagnosed correctly, service advisor would not explore alternate resolution.
I had to remove the vehicle from this dealer and resolve elsewhere.
Service advisor would not credit or reduce labor for ‘no repairs rendered!
My opinion of this dealership is to refer anyone I know away from any Paradise affiliated business.
3.5 starts on Yelp is generous for this dealer.
