The initial contact with Ty , the service person was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable. He listened to my story about the symptoms of my Chevy Silverado truck, and he told me that the technician would go over the whole thing and find out what the issue was. Come to find out it was feeling tractors and a fuel pump, and the best thing was it was covered under the Chevrolet 150 thousand mile warranty. of course I went away happy and it is the best truck I’ve ever bought. It didn’t take long for me to recognize Nicolas Nava was committed to my satisfaction with the service I received. Mr. Nava explained thoroughly the entire process that would occur during my service visit. Where options were available, Mr. Nava explained each option thoroughly. As my vehicle progressed through the service process Mr. Nava kept the informed me up to, and including when my car was moved to the body and fender department for repairs. The attention and service that Mr. Nava provided left me completely satisfied!

My service writer, Chris, initially gave me an estimate of 3 hours to complete the needed service and since I had no other means of transportation I had to wait. Chris was able to expedite the completion of the service in 90 minutes. This is one example of why Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac is the best car dealership I have ever experienced.
