There’s was lack of communication on the status of my car there was no explanation or anyone telling me what they did to my car when I went to pick it up or any one telling me what to look for any further issues.no one was there when I picked up my car. My car was left dirty with no gas and now my alerts in my car do not work and when I called to talk to management, all they said was they’re going to talk to the service person and to go by when I get a chance and they’ll look at my car because maybe my settings are wrong. My car is a 2026. I should not be having any issues.

After the service (oil change and tire rotation) was completed, my wheel lock was not placed back inside the truck. Took a little to find it and once received back the wheel lock was completely damaged and rounded. Took my truck into Costco to get the wheels balanced and tech there said the wheel locks were severely torqued down and had a hard time taking them off.
