I appreciate that Ty kept me informed, but more so that he seemed genuinely empathetic to my financial situation. He realized that I was unable to afford the maintenance at Chevy and informed me of a payment plan which I could utilize to aid in the process. He also recalled with great detail my previous visit and helped my 16yo daughter (who is very new to vehicle maintenance) to feel more comfortable with the entire evolution.
