There were a lot of cars and trucks there when I got there, but Nick Nava told me I had an appointment so he would get me ahead of all the others. I’m glad I had made an appointment and he kept his word.

We contacted Temecula to make sure that there was a vehicle that was the same size description for our family because we have such a large family. When, receiving our appointment time, we made sure and confirm that there was a car of that size to be replaced with. When I got there, I wasn’t greeted until 15 minutes after my appointment time and I did have a newborn. Then I had the problem of not with the car I was given. They backed up at an Escalade and waited for me to get done with my paperwork. John proceeded to take me to the courtesy desk where I would be renting a vehicle. The Cadillac Escalade was then told me that I wasn’t allowed to get it because I didn’t have a 21 a newer Escalade and that was already promised to somebody. That I would be getting an equinox. The problem that I have that I don’t understand why it wasn’t given a vehicle that was closer to the same size and second wife put it in front of me and then take it away wasn’t great customer service. The woman that works at the rental which was America. She then proceeded to tell me that she would go check with John to see if it was OK if I had the vehicle and she came back and told me no. I was really upset by this transaction through people to people that one can made the decision, and why the Escalade was present it to me, and then taken away when we originally asked for a vehicle that was size to be able to take in all of our family members Equinox did not

Customer service was outstanding as always. I’ve enjoyed the service department and their courtesy, help with questions I’ve had. They don’t try to pressure me in services that I don’t need.
