Hi, my feedback is more on my disappointment with the company. I made an appointment two weeks in advance for a hood lack corrosion recall, and I was told the evening the day before my appointment that I either had to leave there for 4 days or make a new appointment. I was really disappointed because I had a tight schedule and I had to do all the hard work of rescheduling for another appointment. It felt like there wasn't much effort made by the company to get my car seen. Especially since the importance of the need I had.

This was the first time I’ve taken my new or used car to the dealer for service where they didn’t wash the car before it was returned to me. It just didn’t feel like a first class shop. On a lighter note: James did a fine job.
