Landyn is a very pleasant , courteous young man. I was very happy with his explanation of what would be done and his patience explaining things to a 84 year old woman. He should be a keeper for your organization.

Christopher was TOP NOTCH! Very much a professional. He answered all of my questions and I felt immensely comfortable. But, it was during checkout where I was made to fill other than. I inquired about using of my coupons that I received in the mail from Paradise and was told I could not use them. One set of coupons was expired, which I understand. The other set of coupons I just did not understand why I could not use them. They both looked at me like I was some kind of ignorant and smirked. They just said that the price for my maintenance service that day was already discounted. I was never told that. So paradise why send out coupons if you can’t use them? I had no problem paying for that day service. I am newer to Paradise, and wanted to be more part of the experience. Other than that, I would say all my years of being a car owner, my service experience with Christopher was one of the best.
