I have been bringing my vehicle into Paradise for the last couple of years and I’ve always mentioned something is wrong with the infotainment center. It’s always been looked at and I have always been told there’s nothing wrong with it, there are no software updates or that they can’t re-create the issue. Now that my warranty is close to ending. I’m having more problems with it and your technicians still cannot re-create the problem at hand so GM wants me to drive around without connecting my phone to the car for a few weeks and see if the issues persist. To me that is completely unrealistic. We all use our phones connected to our vehicles. My phone software is up-to-date, my phone is not jailbroken nor am I using a bata operating system. As a matter of fact, each time I’m given a loaner vehicle to use, I have absolutely no issues with that loaner vehicle and using my phone. It’s been documented that I’ve been having issues with it since I’ve been coming there. So No, I am not completely satisfied with my overall service experience.
