The vehicle was not completely put back the way it should have been when it was delivered to me after the service was requested. I don't know if this was Michael Sanchez's responsibility, but the mechanic that worked on it was irresponsible. Left Tools in my vehicle, and do not complete closing up the areas that he inspected.
