As I waited for my vehicle. The floor models were of interest. There I witnessed 6 employees and one receptionist. Two were standing near the Sales Manager offices. Four setting in cubicles. Two walking past me while examining the car and truck. Not one acknowledging the presence of a prospective buyer. The exception was the custodian, she said hello. Train your employees to acknowledge all customers. Finally, one employee ask how are you. Explained the circumstances encountered and walked away. Sit down and find the solution for better service.
