My dissatisfaction has nothing to do with my service director. My problem is that except for one visit has been at Paradise. My air filter was serviced by Paradise. To find out all these miles later that the air box was improperly installed is distressing especially since almost 60,000 miles of service was done here. Then, to find out my tires can’t be rotated because of wear because it was I who discovered that my tires were not rotated my last bust as charged and expected causing the wear noted by the technician is extremely frustrating and disappointing. The solution by 4 tires on sale when it comes up. The technician said in a video that there was fluid on the airbox but didn’t say what it was. I maintain my vehicles and trusted Paradise with the things I couldn’t do. Also, I had to add two quarts of oil after my last visit which meant not enough oil was installed. I will not be coming back at this time for any more service. Maybe time will heal but I am done for now.
