I was a little disappointed that I had to bring my car in twice in 3 days and pay for a diagnostic test out of my own pocket and not being able to use my warranty to cover for the first diagnostic test. I told my advisor that the gears were grinding but when I brought it in, they couldn’t find anything wrong. 2 days later, started grinding again. I brought it back in, they tested it again and determined I needed a new transmission. It took almost 3 weeks to find a transmission and I had to pay out of pocket for the extra days on my car rental. I asked Ted if he could give a credit of some sort on my initial diagnostic test and I would use it towards my excessive car rental cost, he said no???????
