The oil change went smoothly. However, the car wash and detailing service I received left much to be desired. Upon inspection, I noticed lingering water droplets on the windows, accumulated dirt around the wheel wells, grime on the rims, dirt on the top center console, and my floor mats carelessly tossed to the back of the vehicle. While acknowledging that my vehicle was in a dirty state, I expected a more thorough cleaning considering the time allotted for the service. Maybe I didn’t get the correct package.
