NICK NAVA was amazing! I appreciated his professionalism and how he frequently communicated with me on the status of my vehicle. However, the only bad experience was upon completion of my service and getting into my vehicle, a huge muddy shoe print left on the seat of passenger side of my Cadillac. I pride myself in being able to drive such a beautiful vehicle and seeing that someone thought it ok to leave this on my leather seats put a foul taste in my mouth. I asked one of the kiosk guys for assistance and one young man (who was eating his lunch) stopped to come over and assist me. I thank him for that as the stain was not coming off that easy. He had to get a spray solution to do the. Do better Paradise!

I have been a loyal customer with Paradise for many years and have always been very happy with my interactions and the service provided. This service experience was unfortunately not as pleasant. My car was with the service department for over three weeks because a part was not available. I understood that and was content to continue using a rental during that time. When I was able to pick up my vehicle, I was very disappointed with the experience. My car was filthy from sitting out in the open for so long. I would have expected it to be returned in the condition it was left. In addition there were wadded up paper towels left in the console, a zip tie with a metal part left on the floorboard and the items I had under the front seat were left strewn on the backseat. When I arrived to check in with the cashier I was told they would pull my car around. I waited about 15 minutes in the waiting area and was not brought my keys so I went out to see if it had been pulled up. It had but nobody was around and the keys were not with the car. I had to track down someone to get me my keys. Any of these things individually would not have bothered me as much but after waiting over three weeks, I was highly disappointed. I would have expected that it would have been important to assure the customer was happy. It was not what I expected from the customer service I have come to know at Paradise Chevrolet.

There’s only one comment that I have and I asked for my tires not to be rotated, but in the work order they were visually it looks like they were. I did not see the notes. It did not happen because I rotate them on my own schedule. Other than that, I am satisfied

I waited 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment at 1:30pm received car at 4:00. . Do you have shuttle service?

They were professional and gave me an accurate wait time as well as an accurate price.
