Great job, no surprises. I had an oil change, tire rotation and a nail in my tire. I was told it would be 30$ if it penetrated and a patch was needed. I kind of figured I would be told it penetrated but it did not. Happy for the honesty since I wouldn’t have known the difference. Everything else was done as requested. James was professional and personable, excellent job!

Everything went well and I felt like Jon did an excellent job. It would’ve been nice to have my truck come back washed, but other than that, I thought he did an outstanding job of keeping me in the loop and letting me know the status’s in a timely manner, he coordinated well with the rest of your guys’ team and was able to get my truck taken care of, even though I didn’t think I could afford to be without my truck for a couple days. Jon helped to get me into a loaner truck that accommodated my wife, our three kids, in addition to myself; and he was incredibly pleasant to work with throughout the process. Thank you Jon, my wife and kids thank you, too! (Especially my son, who’s been asking me to paint my truck blue now, after riding around in the courtesy truck)

Chris was excellent. I showed up without an appointment hoping to get in for the day. He first told me it would likely not be till the next day that my truck was serviced due to how busy they were. That was fine with me. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text a couple hours later from Chris saying they found the issue with my truck, had the part and it would be done the same day I dropped off. Chris was excellent at communication through the whole process and very friendly. I hope to have him assist us with any future visits
