I truly cannot say enough good things about the ENTIRE STAFF of Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac of Temecula Valley. From the pristine exterior of the lot upon arrival to the equally stunning interior kept absolutely IMMACULATE. There is even mouth wash in the restroom for goodness sake, just the absolute cleanest facility I have ever been in and it is a testimony to the mentality of the people who work there. Knowing cleanliness as being next to godliness I know these people to be absolutely on top of their game and it was a pleasure to play a little on their field. Thank you again for all of your assistance with my POS Equinox and I sincerely appreciate the free doughnut keeping my blood sugar regulated while I was stressing out about my car. Ive never enjoyed having car trouble but this place made it almost enjoyable and was a breath of fresh air for me coming in on my last dying breath as my transmission failed AGAIN. Landyn approached my vehicle with a friendly and warm greeting, he first thanked me for coming in today and had my vehicle information already pulled up. Landyn confirmed the nature of my visit and asked if i had and concerns I wanted addressed, he walked over the details of the service and time estimate which was completed earlier than estimated. Landyn walked me through the waiting area and pointed out the refreshments and amenities. I extremely surprised to receive a video of my vehicle as it was being serviced and the technician covering all the points inspected. It was my first service on my Tahoe and at paradise, even though it’s a 50 mile drive each way I intend to do all my services at paradise chevrolet.
