My advisor was fine. No problems. My only complaint is I booked the appointment a week ago can you have the advisors or people who verify your needs tell you what is “recommended” then so you can plan ahead rather than when you been or plan on waiting for the vehicle.

Only problem I had is that when it was time for pick up I was told it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow morning. When they were told I needed my vehicle that day it was done in 20minutes. That shows consumers that we are not #1 in your eyes. Going home on time was first. Made me feel uncomfortable I am satisfied with my service overall I’m not satisfied with the sneaky dishonesty. My next service I may go to the dealership in Lake Elsinore. See how honest they are.

I’ve taken my truck to Paradise Chevrolet for service several times and the work and updates are always excellent, but on this visit there was an avoidable communication problem. My truck was finished and parked in the “completed” line but nobody let me know it was ready — I only discovered it when I walked outside. I appreciate the quality of the repairs and the team’s competence, but I would expect a quick call or text when a vehicle is complete so customers aren’t left waiting or surprised. I’ll continue to use Paradise Chevrolet for service because the work is solid, but please improve the final notification process.
