Although I arrived approximately 15 minutes late due to road construction and driving my Traverse slowly on a donut spare, I waited more than 10 minutes after I was initially greeted. The appointment did not reflect that I had scheduled both an oil change and front brakes. Unfortunately, I had to add the un-scheduled tire repair, so my total visit from arrival to departure was approximately 7 hours. I was unhappy to find out that there was no warranty or insurance on the tires I bought and had installed by Paradise in September, 9,000 miles ago. Although a repair was only $25, I was unhappy that I didn’t have the insurance, but if I signed those rights away in September, I don’t have the paperwork. I had to dig to get a service summary out of Brian at the end of the day, including that the tire was repaired and where the repaired tire was mounted. Also, I cannot figure out why I have to leave with a stack of paper. I have email on my account, I use the Chevy app, and yet I leave with only the paper copies. This bothered me more than normal today because I had to dig through a filing cabinet to find the tire replacement invoice. I’m pretty sure your staff thought I was being a “Karen” today, but today’s experience just wasn’t the same as my past visits these last couple of years.
