Our service advisor Juanita Moran was unable to give a clear explanation as to why our battery began to fail the next day after being serviced weeks ago at the Claremont Toyota location. Our paperwork from 6/21 indicated a completely healthy battery. In addition to the unclear explanation, she had a condescending disinterested responsive tone to our inquiries. The only thing clear was that she had zero interest in providing empathy or customer service.
