Jeremy and Tony did what they could with the system they have. The process was a pain, no notes in the system, extremely long delayed time (even with appointment) to diagnose problems. The delayed repair time was horrible as well. This includes the rental/loner vehicle process. No one available for rental when I arrived and waited an hour for car.No one available when I returned the car. I am willing to speak in detail if contacted.

Luis was fantastic. He was very professional. My negative feedback is in regards to the length of time I waited for my car! My appointment was @ 7:15 am I arrived a few minutes before my time. I did not receive my car until 10:00 am! To wait over 2.5 hours for a oil change that was made by appointment is ridiculous. What's the point of making appointments if you just allow anyone to drive up for service? Their should be a priority to your customers who make appointments! If you are making your first customers wait over 2.5 hours I can only imagine how long the customers wait who arrive @ 1:00pm.

I had to ask for a manager in order to have my 25k mile service completed with no charge. The service person was denying the service because of a few days past the supposed Toyota time-line. Luckily the manager was a little more understanding.
