Scott is always very attentive, helpful and keeps me posted on the status of my car. He explains any concerns regarding my vehicle while explaining why certain parts need upgrades. The 2 things that I'm not please about is that I waited 4 hours inspite of having an appointment.
2nd, there are people in the waiting room who didn't wear mask. They sneezed and cough. They cover their mouth with their hands.
