Candace provided the best customer service i could ask for from beginning to end, and made the insurance part of the service a breeze to work through. She is quick and knows how to problem solve while staying calm and friendly.

Tony Sanchez is my advisor, he asked me if I did brake fluid changed on my car and I said not that I know off. He put on the service paper that I decline the repair on the brakes. I was expecting that during oil change, they will do multi inspection and from there if there are added repairs that needs to be done, they will notify the owner. He suggested repair on the brakes without starting any work on the car yet. How did he knows that I need repair on the brakes right away? Normally if I go for service they write on the paper what added works are needed. I didn’t decline repair. I just don’t know if I needed service for my brakes after the oil change.
