When my car was finished being serviced. It took almost an hour for them to bring me my car. They couldn’t find it for 30 min. I wasted an hour of my time. They didn’t wash my car like they said they would and so the service member ran it thru the car wash and it took an additional 10-15 min.

I've only had my car serviced with Toyota and was told that something was missing. Also, was asked if I wanted a carwash, which I agreed to, but didn't get it done. I've never had any issues at any other dealers when getting serviced.
