Scatt is very customer service orient person. He deserves a gold bell award, if there is one. He goes beyond what is needed to make sure a customer is satisfied with the service.

The problem was not fixed and 40 minutes into driving my vehicle the situation happened again as I had addressed. I will call tomorrow to see how to rectify this but I told Scott there was a campaign which he corrected me to state bulletin on the vehicle. It does not matter...because the screen states “campaign bulletin” which shows the problem I am having. I feel that it was overlooked and not further addressed or investigated.
