Previous documents state that my brakes were at 8mm and after the most recent visit, they stated the my brakes are at 9mm. That does not make any sense. Also, after a week since service there has been no follow up on my broken spoiler.

I asked to have my car washed mentioned the windshield was filthy when picked up my car I asked Hugo why my car wasn’t washed? He stated “ you said only the windshield “ no, I told him. He seemed bothered by my request to have the entire vehicle washed I could tell in his tone.

It took too long for just a simple oil change. I checked in at 10:22. Saw someone drive the car to service area at 11:15. Got a call from advisor at 12:29 saying that the car is done and he is waiting for paperwork. I checked with cashier at 12:50 and she hasn’t got the paperwork yet. Called advisor and he said give him 5 minutes. Signed paperwork at 1:05. Got the car at 1:15. It took 45 minutes from the time advisor called telling me that the car is ready until when I got the car!!!

The service was terrible today! I had a 10:15am appointment for oil change service and I had to wait until about 1:45pm to get my car back. I asked three other customers how long did they have to wait for the oil change? They all told me that they only had to wait about an hour and a half to get it done. I don't know why I had to wait three and a half hour. It is very disappointing. I will never go back to Claremont Toyota again. Very bad service!!!!

Christina was great, but the gal who took over for her didn’t go over any of my maintenance information that was performed today. For someone who waited on your property for their vehicle, it sure did take a long time, 2 hours 45 minutes seems pretty long for someone who had an appointment I am new to Toyota, so I guess I have to get use to this. Also, tell the gal that checks everyone out at the cashier, she can lower her voice! Not everyone in the lobby’s needs to hear all of my information. She is absurdly loud!

Ozzy was just wonderful. The problem was the cashier did not hand me when checking out the Orange Paper that recall was completed. Could not transfer the vehicle. Have to again go back in a day or two to pick that proof of recall performed. What a hassle.
