It took 5 hours to get 1 tired changed. And now it keeps steering to the right. When I asked if car needed to be balanced/aligned, he said: no. Taking it to another dealership and they said they will fix it. Never coming back.

People are so nice, but I waited for 31/2 hours just for oil change, usually it takes 11/2 hours no more.

Only issue I had was not being able to find my house keys . But the service itself was good. And faster than promised .

Excellent service

My vehicle felt weak, I had taken it to auto zone the day before and they tested out my battery and said my alternator “failed “. I dropped it off 4.7 and the advisor called me to let me everything was fine she recommended some services I didn’t need. I stated my concerns again that the VEHICLE FELT WEAK, she then said the technician recommended to keep it over night. Next day I get a text that it was ready for pick up. I went to pick my vehicle around 6 pm. The whole staff was having a meeting as Im standing outside waiting one guy opens the door and seemed annoyed that I interrupted their meeting. I told him I was there to pick my car he said go to double doors they’ll be able help you out . I still have questions about the service, I pay the cashier went back to try and talk to someone, same guy comes back out I asked him what was done he read what the receipt said. I told him what my concern was, he says well that’s they did and anyway that’s what they found. I tell him to give my papers that I would no go back for that type of service. Im waiting outside the advisor assistant comes out says well I called you .All the point I’m done , worse service ever, they try sell me services I don’t need they didn’t pay attention to concerns. I felt like I didn’t matter they were so rude . I will never use this place again nor will buy another vehicle from there either. This was the worst mediocre service.
