There was an older gentleman employee with short hair that was was walking around in the drop off area. His mask was worn below his nose. When I came back later to pick up my car I noticed he was one of the individuals bringing the cars to return to customers. His mask was still being worn below his nose. He was reversing at an unsafe speed that he almost hit someone walking behind the car. I actually yelled to watch out. Another older gentleman was bringing another car back and told me my car was next. He was very nice. I asked if he would be bringing my car since the other gentleman wasn’t wearing his mask properly. Just then I saw my car pulling up and it was a younger gentleman who was properly wearing his mask. What a relief. This happened on Monday afternoon (4/12/21) around 3 pm. . My service consultant, Jeremy, was very nice and personable. Nice that you provide free drinks in the cashier area.

The service writer did not give me an estimate of cost before hand. I realized on the way to the waiting room & had to look at the paper work for the price. Also it took 2 1/2 hours for a smog check. I understand it was busy but if I knew it would take that long I would have taken the shuttle home. Not a bad experience, but it fell short of the excellent service I usually get.
