They charged me $ 140 for nothing, they told me what I already knew about my car and in the end they didn't have the part so today I spent $ 140 for nothing and I lost a lot of time!!!

Your text msg system is either broken or it doesn’t relay the messages back to the advisor when I respond. This is probably the worst experience I had in over 10 years with you guys. Hope you fix things. I shouldn’t have to chase people down at dealership to communicate with my advisor.
