My service agent was fine. Unfortunately the people he left to contact me failed to do so. Thus I was left to contact him on his day off. Maybe more importantly the computer that tells me what is functioning had not been checked out and once I left the lot it began to warn me of several malfunctions. That necessitated my bringing the car back for a second day. They were not able to fix it that day and I had to come back a third day and determine the car was fixed and due to his day off I had to call several times to see that it had been finished. Waiting an addition 30 plus minutes at that time because the person who notes payment had a significant line. A series of somewhat minor happenings just took a lot of time. I have no complaints except that apparently the original mechanic did not do a thorough job. Sheryn S

My dissatisfaction was not with Jeremy, it was with the tech that handled my car. 5 minutes to my house my tpm went on and I had to drive back to the dealership, wasted 1.5 hours going back and port. My tires were put on the wrong pressure.
