Great service, however you should get your car wash equipment fixed.. This is the only Toyota service center they never washes cars. Any other location always has a nice clean car when service is done.

His face mask wasn't worn over his nose and mouth. It was below his chin. Also, I asked to have the rearview mirror checked and replaced. I drove home with it on the floor.

I waited for my car at the dealership for an oil change and inspection for 75 mins before I was informed I should get an air filter, cabin filter and get my battery cleaned off. I agreed but again it took over an hour. I ended up sitting in the waiting area for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change ad replacing some filters. I feel this is way too long for someone waiting in your service center.

Although we had called on Wed to notify car was being towed in, and then tow company was able to start it, when we drove it in, service department would not accept it. Had to make appointment for next day. Also, on Thursday, once repairs had been paid for, took 25 minutes for car to be brought to us. Very disappointed.

Scott always attends to my cars needs and makes sure I leave satisfied. He goes over the previous service and the current. I am glad I can trust him with my car and know that it will be in good hands always. He is also very nice and courteous and keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle. You need more service attendants like Scott who will go that extra mile. I’ve dealt with all of 5 other representatives, but he is the very best! He is the reason why I bring my car to Claremont Toyota. If he leaves I will have to take my car to another dealer to get it serviced.
