She had a big horrible attitude, angry vibe, horrible and unprofessional customer service. I couldn't believed Toyota hired her. I'm from Japan. I almost was going to report about her horrible behavior at Toyota customer dependent to Toyota headquarters in Japan. Could you please train her well manner customer service to her?
