Service took more than 6 hours. No hourly updates. Car returned with air tire pressure differently. (All 4 tires different PSI) Also personal belongings were went through.

After paying for my car’s service, I waited over half an hour for my car (from approximately 12:55pm, time on my receipt, to 1:30pm, when I actually got my car). I had to go back to the cashier window to ask why my car hadn’t been delivered. The person in line in front of me had a similar issue and was very upset. I got a polite apology, but no explanation. I don’t believe this was Luis’ fault, but it was an extremely long time to wait when I understood that my car was ready. I have a 2-year-old who was also waiting this whole time in my sister’s car, in the dealer parking lot. I’d like to continue coming to Claremont, but may go to Glendora for my next service. Thanks.

Candace was very helpful, the only concern I had was on my vehicle checklist everything was marked green and good to go but when I got my vehicle the rear driver side taillight was out. I pulled to the front parking lot to verify with my wife and the lightbulb was burned out. This concern just made me think, was the full-point inspection done correctly if something on the outside was missed?

I must say I am extremely disappointed that the service department overlooked the splash guard at the front of the car. How they could not have seen the damaged/broken sections when remounting it is hard to believe, which brought me back to the service department 2 days later. I appreciate the excellent service Juanita provided and providing a 15% discount was a lovely gesture. This simple gesture says that Claremont Toyota values their customers and appreciates the inconveniences that occasionally occur. And this is why I will continue to come to Claremont Toyota for service of my vehicle.

We had an appointment for an oil change and had to wait for TWO hours because the service advisor went to lunch at some point. What is the point of having an appointment if my vehicle isn't taken care of in a timely manner?? Also a car wash was promised and we asked for a rain check. When we arrived we mentioned this and were told to ask again NEXT TIME WE COME BACK FOR SERVICE!!! And maybe the car wash will be in service again! Seriously? If you need to bribe customers, use a valid bribe. This is fraud and terrible customer service.
