I was not told the engine filter and fuel injection need immediate attention. Also the multipoint inspection report was only marked with numbers for the tires and brakes condition. I don’t know what the numbers mean. It’s usually marked yellow, greens or red. Last but not least there’s a small chip on my hood that was not there before I took it in.

Your technician removed the tire hub and did not put it back for us. Even though if he don't know how to put on a hub cap he should have put it somewhere that don't make our seat dirty. our seat color is tan and he put it on our seat and makes it black and Dirty.I think that is totally unprofessional.

Im satisfied with the service but the labor cost was much more expensive than the actual parts. Im not sure how many people worked on it but the labor was 4000 compared to 2000 worth of parts, i just hope the truck runs smooth for a long time.

I was scheduled for a flat tire service and upon arriving.... I didn’t get seen by a Service Tech until almost an hour of arriving, because they forgot I was waiting! Then after I said something, I was directed to another person, who asked me to wait in the waiting area, and a service tech would assist me. No one ever came and so then requested to speak to a supervisor. An on-site supervisor directed me to Candace, who had no customer service skills and was arrogant! She asked me to wait in the wait area and I mentioned I already had been waiting for over an hour, to have my car serviced. She came across as not having a concerned. After waiting an another hour and not hearing from her, I went to her and asked for an update, as she sat at her desk, drinking a Starbucks, she said it would be at least 15mins before getting an update from the Tech! I then went to speak to the General supervisor for assistance! He did assist but I will not be returning to this location, ever!!! I’ll be going back to Cerritos, regardless of the commute!

Waited over 20 minutes to get my vehicle after being told it was being brought over. It turned out the person that was supposed to get it was done with your shift but did not notify anyone to get the car.
