I had an appointment for 3 o'clock and was told it would take an hour and a 1/2. I didn't get my car back until 6:30 p.m. so it took 3 and a 1/2 hours for a tire rotation not even an oil change. Absolutely ludicrous that it would take that long Someone I was there waiting with had been there since noon and got his car 30 minutes before me All he had done was an oil change. They didn't even wash my carI do not blame the woman helping me she was very nice been helping me she was very nice and did what she could However I don't think I will be returning for service too often

I brought my car in to fix an issue with the usb port suddenly refusing to recognize my ipod device, which it had been playing for a year. Suddenly it stopped recognizing or lighting up the usb icon for any device I plugged in. The car was returned after a day without the issue being fixed. When I brought the issue to the attention of the staff, I was told the mechanic had no problem with his device. I did not ask him to solve the issue for his device but for mine --which I left connected in the car. My complaint was dismissed as my problem, which is deeply disappointing since I brought the car in for my device (which works outside of the car) and not his. The technicians were unable to reconcile the problem, nor did they care to provide a solution. Therefore I cannot listen to the music I choose to in my relatively new car. Not satisfied at the "oh well " attitude and the assumption that it is my fault and problem. You need technicians who have the knowledge to remedy the problem.

I submitted my payment,(hefty for my budget) close to $2,000 dollars) they claim I didn't pay. He bank took the money and authorized the transaction. I couldn't why Toyota of Claremont wouldn't receive the payment. Mike Marquez spoke to the ager of the bank who told him the payment was authorized, yet he didn't imve me my vehicle. He paid me a ride home stating that as soon as he receive the payment he would deliver the car to my house. Next day my car still was not released. My bank transaction was totally cleared and payment was made to Toyota. I had to come to he dealer again and re explain everything until some time later someone decided to release my vehicle. Also in the documentation they claim I decline some services to the van. I didn't decline anything they didn't even ask. I would have authorized all the services but they simply wrote I declined. So to conclude, no I was not completely satisfied.

Horrible service checking out. It took 20 minutes to get my car after I paid online. Why do they have to change the seat, the radio stations, the mirrors and reset my clock. It’s ridiculous!!!!!

Service was ok. Only took a little over 2 hrs as I came before 7am to line up in the service queue. I till don't understand why it takes so long for routine maintenance that should take less than 1/2 hr. But this time was an improvement over my previous visit although this most recent visit didn't include the free car wash I've has on previous visits. Oh, well that service might have taken a lot of time so I'll do without it in order to get routine maintenance done in less than 3 hrs.

This complaint is not about Candace,she's great. On Wed 7/14, I was surprised at how dirty my car was,
after staying over night at Claremont Toyota. The car had water splash mark & brown dirt all over, the left rear tire had unknown blackish liquid splashed over it. With such condition, u really should wash the car before returning it to me.

Very upset, brought to service my truck for the first time 2021 Tacoma with 1,400 miles for a simple head-unit radio software update and inspection on a upper radiator bracket (I thought it was broken) the truck was inspected by certified technician and service manager and I was advised the bracket broken and was not going to be cover under warranty and that I should take back my truck to the dealership where I purchased it which is 60+ miles away if I want the item fixed/replaced. So not happy with the service and the adviced I did some research and found out the bracket is not broken and that that’s normal a bracket.
1st of all NOT happy with the serviced specially where the service manager and a certified technician look at this item and was advised that item was broken. I’m sure that you guys inspect thousands of these Tacoma‘s every day and for you guys to say that the item was broken and not covered under warranty and I should take the vehicle back to the dealership which is 60+ miles away doesn’t make any sense. Horrible horrible service, Will never bring any vehicles to service or do business with you again.

I felt that I could have been given more discounts after I asked about them, but she was adamant about not giving me additional discounts. In years past, I never had problems getting additional discounts from the guys. Sometimes I would get 3 discounts when the guys were there in past years. On top of that, she charged me almost $400.00 for mostly inspections not replacing parts or fluids. With these high charges I will have to start considering Pasadena Toyota for Service. In years past, Claremont Toyota Service charges were significantly lower and Seniors got discounts. I was always treated fairly by the previous manager of the Service Department. He even paid for Entetlrise Rentals for me to drive back to Altadena during many Services. Just look at my records or file. The information confirms eve td typing. I'am a Senior almost 80 years old in a couple of years. I'am living off my Social Security Check, so every penny counts.
I hope you can do better with the discounts and S I Specials which use to be mailed to the house.

This comment is about the whole experience. I am doubtful of the technician who supposedly checked filters and carbon deposits in the intake area of the Prius C. I think the report given to my service provider was based on my previous report from a year ago. I replaced the engine air filter less than a month ago and we have not driven much at all, and the garage is all but dust- free. If the technician took the filter out and checked it there should not be a comment about it being dirty enough to exchanges. Ms. Harrington quickly said that even if there is a little dirt or grease they have to mark it. Sounds like a sales gimmick. I had also cleaned the carbon - especially the interior where it is important and I did pass the smog check less than a month ago. The charge for having it serviced is over $200. Again, a misguided report. I am very displeased with this kind of action- trying to repair or replace something unnecessarily just to get money out of me. Until now I had put my faith into your location. Now I begin to wonder if I should choose from the many Toyota locations for service instead of giving you my business for both my cars. I leased a car and purchased a car from your location. This is how you treat loyalty? It isn't how I run my business!
