It means they take care of car no matter what.free tire rotations, oil changes, inspections, brakes, etc they check everything up to the mark. I was asking if I wanted to have the car washed after the service I said yes, but please dry the car because water stains show up very severely on a black car and are hard to get off. The service advisor told me that all they could do is drive it through their automated car wash machinewith a blower at the end that’s the best I could do.
Other dealers hand wash and dry your car after each service so now I’m gonna have to make a decision.
