This was my third visit to the Norm Reeves Subaru in Rockwall and every time it has been because I received a coupon in the mail. The first visit was for an oil change, the second was for a new set of tires, and this last visit was for engine and cabin air filter replacement, which had been recommended at my initial visit. The staff has always acknowledges me as soon as I arrive, which is big for me, and always seem to value my time, another plus. Jesús has been the tech that has been my main point of contact at every visit and he has always been very attentive, courteous, and professional. It was simple and straightforward. I had a rear brake job done, cabin air filter replacement, and a/c compressor changed. Waiting wasn’t too bad, communication was good, they were quick about contacting my warranty company which was very helpful, and they put me into a loaner Outback while my WRX was being fixed. I really enjoyed driving that Outback! I think I know what my next vehicle will be lol
