My service rep was very nice. However when I got there I was never told I had three recalls. I gave the guy on the phone my Vin number when I made the appointment. When I showed up there was no VIn on record. I wasted a good part of my day. Thinking I’d be done in 1-2 hours. Now I am making another trip back. Not the end of the world but very frustrating !
