Service advisor mask did not cover his face. It kept falling as it was too big. I was very uncomfortable.
Also as soon as I checked in I was asked if I needed an alignment. I barely drove my car. Purchased March 3020 but barely drove due to Covid. Car has 3000 miles on it. Really?
